this is the resistor used for the BST cable to help get rid of the Passenger restraint error. i soldered the correct resistor and secured it with shrink tubing and added lead wire. you simply cut and strip a little from the bst cable, and join the two wires together by twisting. i included two small shrink tubing to seal them together. DISCLAIMER: i have only tested this in the e60 bmw. this is for diagnostic purpose only, this is not a permanent fix, this is just a easy cheap way to see if it is the BST cable that is causing the error. cutting wires will be required. purchase and install at own risk. airbag light must be cleared, this will not clear on it own
